Digital Research signs contract with ZATCA

Digital Research Co. (DRC) signed a contract with the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) to provide research and consulting services, the company said in a Tadawul filing.

The contract’s value represents 5% of DRC’s total revenue for 2023 based on audited financials, including VAT. The one-year contract starts on April 6, 2025.

 

The company expects the contract to positively impact its 2025 financials, the statement said, confirming there are no related parties to the deal.

 

DRC received a letter of award for a research and consulting project from a government entity on Jan. 13, according to Argaam’s data.
