Tihama terminates contract with CEO on mutual consent

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s board of directors approved, on March 3, the request of CEO Yuduy Chatterjee to terminate the contractual relationship by mutual consent, effective March 15.

The company explained in a statement to Tadawul that the decision was made due to special circumstances, adding that it would announce any developments on the appointment or assignment of a new CEO in due course.

 

In November 2024, Tihama announced appointing Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Chatterjee as acting CEO, according to data available with Argaam.

 

In December, the board decided to terminate Chatterjee's delegation as Acting CEO and appointed him as CEO.
