Goldman Sachs expects Brent crude to average between $73 and $78 per barrel in 2025 and 2026.
The US bank sees downside risks to its Brent forecasts for this year and next, following OPEC+ plans to increase output starting in April.
In a note released on Monday and cited by Reuters, Goldman Sachs projected that WTI crude would average between $68 and $74 per barrel over the same period.
The bank added that oil supply could exceed expectations, particularly if OPEC+ proceeds with production increases beyond the baseline four-month period.
In a high-risk scenario, Goldman Sachs forecasts Brent crude could fall to between $60 and $65 per barrel by the end of 2026, as OPEC+ completes its planned 18-month supply expansion.
