Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) won a bid from Riyadh Air to provide ground-handling services for three years, starting from March 1, 2025, subject to extension for an additional two years.
 

Under the SAR 500 million contract, SGS will provide ground-handling services for all Riyadh Air flights, according to a filing to Tadawul today, March 4.

The scope of work covers ramp services and passenger terminal services for both domestic and international flights across several regions Kingdom-wide.

 

The contract is in the ordinary course of doing business and has no preferential treatment, SGS said, adding that no related parties are involved.

 

In August 2024, the company was awarded a contract worth nearly SAR 1.5 billion by Riyadh Air to provide ground-handling services for 4.5 years, according to Argaam data.
