LIVA Insurance Co.’s board of directors approved, on March 7, CEO Kamran Mazhar Jaffery’s request not to renew his contract.

Jaffery’s resignation, for personal reasons, is effective March 21, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company it will announce any developments regarding the appointment or assignment of a new CEO in due course.

 

According to Argaam data, the board appointed Jaffery as CEO on March 28, 2023.
