Al Kathiri Holding Co.'s subsidiary, Msandh Alemdad Co. Ltd, secured a contract with the National Housing Co. (NHC) valued at SAR 82.7 million, including VAT.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company detailed that the six-month contract pertains to the execution of electromechanical and finishing works for beneficiary villas in the Milaa project-Phase III, encompassing 295 residential units in Jeddah.

 

The financial impact of the project is expected to materialize starting from the third quarter of 2025. 

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
