In November 2024, the board of directors approved the dismissal of CEO Abdulaziz Al-Suwailem from his position, according to Argaam data.

Al-Suwailem also resigned from his position as an executive board member and Managing Director due to personal reasons, with the company retaining its legal right to monitor all violations and retaliate in this regard, vowing to announce any developments in due course.

In December 2024, the board of directors recommended filing a liability lawsuit against those who had direct and indirect executive powers through the company and its subsidiaries. The board requested the general assembly to authorize the company's board of directors to take the necessary legal and regulatory measures in this regard.

He claimed that the company ended his contract without a valid reason. The plaintiff claimed SAR 12.4 million in unpaid entitlements, as per the lawsuit.

A legal counsel was appointed to handle the case, the company said, asserting that it is not possible to estimate the potential liability arising from the lawsuit at this stage nor any associated legal implications or risks until the court hearings commence.
