Lazurde Company for Jewelry’s board of directors decided today, March 9, not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for 2024.
In a statement on Tadawul, the company stated that the decision aims to support and strengthen its financial position and maintain financial solvency margin to fund future development plans.
The proposal will be submitted for approval at the upcoming general assembly, with the date to be determined later.
According to the data available with Argaam, Lazurde paid a 3% cash dividend, or SAR 0.30 a share, for 2023.
The company’s profit decreased 62% to SAR 11.7 million in 2024 from SAR 30.8 million in 2023.
