Twareat board recommends 25% cash dividend for 2024

Twareat Medical Center’s (TMC) board of directors recommended, on March 10, cash dividends at 25% of capital, or SAR 0.25 a share, for 2024.

Dividing the distributed amount into five equal installments, to be paid every three months starting from the date of shareholders’ approval. The specific payment dates will be announced later.

 

This is the first dividend payout for the company since its listing on the Nomu-Parallel Market in January, according to data available with Argaam.
