Mulkia Investment reappoints Ibrahim Alhudaithi as Chairman

Mulkia Investment Co.’s board of directors reappointed Ibrahim Alhudaithi (non-executive member) as Chairman.
 
 

The board appointed Sultan Alhudaithi (executive member) as Vice Chairman and Managing Director during its meeting held on March 11.

 

The nominations and remuneration committee was set up with three members, including Majid Alnafie, Mazen Alhumaid and Majid Alothman.

 

A three-member investment committee was also formed, comprising Sultan Alhudaithi, Ziad Alyousef and Omar Alothaim.

 

The board also appointed Sultan Alhudaithi and Omar Alothaim as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. (Tadawul Group), and Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).

 

In addition, Amr Elkholy was appointed as the board secretary.
