Alkhabeer REIT board OKs acquisition offer for fund’s property

Alkhabeer REIT Fund’s board of directors gave an initial approval, on March 19, for a purchase offer for one of its properties, fund manager Alkhabeer Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

 

Appraisal of property’s value will be conducted prior to proceeding with the deal, in accordance with the terms and conditions governing the fund.

 

The transaction will likely have a positive impact on the fund in H1 2025, provided all related procedures are completed.
