Enma AlRawabi leases Al Namudhajiyah Business building for 10 years

Enma AlRawabi Co. leased the entire Al Namudhajiyah Business building in Al Namudhajiyah District, Riyadh, for SAR 15.64 million, inclusive of value-added tax, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The building was leased to Basamh Trading Co. Ltd. (a one-person company) for 10 years, in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon by the two parties in terms of rights and obligations.

The transaction aims to optimize the utilization of the property, through increasing revenues and enhancing the performance of the real estate portfolio.

 

This contract will have a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues and results in 2025.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the company said.
