EFG Hermes is working on seven initial public offerings (IPOs) in the GCC region in 2025, worth up to $10 billion, including five in Saudi Arabia, according to Mostafa Gad, Global Head of Investment Banking at EFG Hermes.

 

The company is also working on about 10 merger and acquisition (M&A) deals worth between $6-8 billion this year, he told Asharq News.

 

According to Argaam's data, Tadawul's Main Market (TASI) so far witnessed five listings this year, namely Umm Al-Qura for Development and Construction, Almoosa Health Co., Nice One Beauty Digital Marketing Co., Derayah Financial Co. and Arabian Company for Agricultural and Industrial Investments (Entaj).

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) also approved the applications by several companies planning to float their shares on Tadawul this year.

 

A total of 13 companies were listed in 2024, in addition to the listing of Alistithmar AREIC Diversified REIT Fund.
