Fitch affirms Arabian Shield’s IFS rating at 'A-', National IFS at 'AA'

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. said Fitch Ratings affirmed on April 7 the company’s Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) Rating at "A-", and National IFS Rating at "AA(sau)" with Stable outlook.

The ratings reflect Arabian Shield's overall financial health, which includes strong capitalization that positions it well for future growth, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Fitch also views Arabian Shield’s diversified product mix favorably, as it offers a variety of insurance products that help mitigate risk for the company.
