Leaf Global inks contract with Red Sea Global to plant 2M trees

Leaf Global Environmental Services Co. signed a contract with Red Sea Global (RSG) for a program to plant two million mangrove trees in the Red Sea region in 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The value of the contract exceeds 45% of the company’s revenue last year.

 

The contract, signed on April 21, will expire in 2026, with the relative financial impact to appear through increased revenue in 2025 and 2026.

 

The project came within the ordinary course of business and did not involve any preferential terms or related parties, the statement added.
