Yamama Cement Co. expects an estimated 6% increase in production costs due to the fuel price adjustments, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The cement producer was notified by Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) about raising the prices of fuel products used in cement manufacture, effective Jan. 1, 2025, Argaam earlier reported.

 

At the time, Yamama Cement stated that the adjustments would affect production costs, and reflect on the financial results from Q1 2025.
