Miahona receives contract copy for project with MODON

Miahona Co. received on April 23 a copy of the contract signed by all counterparties for the rehabilitation, development, as well as enhancement of capacity and operational efficiency of the industrial wastewater treatment plant in Jeddah 1st Industrial City, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
 

The contract was signed with Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON).

 

Miahona was awarded the rehabilitation, operation, and transfer (ROT) contract on March 25. The contract is valid for 25 years, Argaam earlier reported.

 

The positive financial impact is expected to be reflected on the company’s results starting from the second quarter of 2025.
 
There are no related parties to this contract, Miahona added.
