ALMARAI SUCCESSFULLY ISSUES SAR 1.7BN SUKUK

Further to the announcement published on Tadawul dated September 4th 2013, with respect to its first Perpetual senior Sukuk, Almarai Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully raised an amount of SAR 1.7 billion on September 30th 2013.

The current issue, which was made on a floating rate basis, is a Perpetual Senior Sukuk callable after 5 year. This issue was a private offering to sophisticated investors resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
