Zain agrees with the ministry of finance to postpone royalty payments

The mobile telecommunications company (Zain) announced today on tadawul the signing of an agreement with ministry of finance to postpone the payment of state dues relevant to royalties.

The dues are amounted to SAR 800m annually for the upcoming seven years.

The deferred installments will be considered as a commercial loan of which the first installment is due on 1/6/2021.
