Tabuk Cement’s announcement on development of clinker line

Reference to the announcement on Tadawul on 31/7/2013 regarding the test operation of the 4000 tonnes/day clinker production line with an enhanced capacity of 4400 tonnes/day, Tabuk Cement would like to clarify that the line’s maximum capacity was raised to 4200 tonnes, and in order to reach the estimated 4400 tonnes, some instrumental technical amendments need to be done. Such amendments will necessitate a long stoppage which shall affect the company’s clinker and cement inventories. So, the company decided to postpone the consideration of the above target until completion of the second line project.
