Yamama Cement forms new board and committees

Yamama Cement Company’s new board of directors, approved by the general assembly on 26/6/2012, held its first meeting on Wednesday (4/4/2012) launching a new three-year tenure that officially starts on 29/3/2012. The board appointed the following:

HE Prince Turkey bin Mohamed bin Abdul-Aziz bin Turki – Chairman

HE Prince Sultan bin Mohamed bin Saud Al-Kabir - Vice Chairman and Managing Director

The board also appointed new members for the Review and Nominations and Rewards Committee as follows:

The Review Committee:

  1. Mr. Saud bin Mohamed Al-Dablan – Head
  2. Mr. Jamal bin Ahmed Al-Ajaji – Member
  3. Mr. Mubarak bin Jaber Al-Muhaimid – Member
  4. Eng. Ibrahim bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Mahana – Member

The Nominations and Rewards Committee:

  1. HE Prince Sultan bin Mohamed bin Saud Al-Kabir – Head
  2. Mr. Fahad bin Thanian Al-Thanian – Member
  3. Eng. Faisal bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi – Member

Mr. Jehad bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Rashid (The Director General) - Member
