Al Jouf Cement signs SAR 185 million loan agreement with SABB

Al Jouf Cement Company announced that it signed a credit facility agreement with the Saudi British Bank (SABB) with the following details:

1-The finance contract was signed on 9/10/2013

2-The total amount of the finance is Saudi Riyals 185,200,000.

3-The tenure of the loan is from 9/10/2013 to 8/10/2018

4-The loan is collateralized by promissory notes.
