Najran Cement withdraws supply firm takeover bid

Najran Cement’s bid to buy a 30 percent stake in the Projects Supply Company was cancelled after the parties failed to agree on a final valuation, according to a statement on Tadawul today.

In March 2013, the two companies signed a memorandum of understanding to launch negotiations of the deal value, according to data compiled by Argaam.
