AlKhaleej buys a new land in AlKhobar

Al Khaleej training and education company announced today on tadawul the purchase of a 17,123 m2 land in Al Khobar for SAR 44.5m. The land will be used for establishing a school compound.

 

The deal is financed through a SAR 44m forward-sale agreement with Al Rajhi bank, with a term of 10 years starting from 18/6/2013.
