Extra establishes a new LLC in Oman:

The united electronic company "Extra" has announced the establishment of a new united electronic limited liability company LLC in Oman on April 7th, 2012.

The new company's capital is amounted to SR 1m of which 99% is owned by Extra Saudi Arabia and 1% by Extra Bahrain.

 It's expected to open the first Extra store in Oman by the end of this year to compete in the SR 2.5bn Omani retail electronics and household market.
