Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company is pleased to announce to its shareholders that they will be able to vote online on the agenda of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting that will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 4 PM in Al-Othaim Training Academy, located in Eastern Ring Road between exits 14 and 15, Riyadh.
Shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online starting from Saturday 23/06/2012 at 11 AM till 11 AM of the meeting date.
Therefore we invite all the Company shareholders to participate in the E-voting by visiting the Tadawulaty web page

Notice: registration in Tadawulaty and voting thereon is free of charge to all shareholders.
