Abdullah Alothaim Markets Company announces that its extraordinary general assembly meeting, which was scheduled to be held on Saturday 30/06/2012, was not held due to lack of the required quorum of the meeting.

New meeting will be rescheduled and announced later after getting the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
