Court rejects lawsuit demanding Al-Ahsa Development to pay SAR 24.5 million as project study fees

Al Ahsa Development Company announces to previous announcement dated 25/10/2010, regarding proceeding from one of the parties against the company; claim case against the company for the amount of SAR 24.5 million for study of Aluminum Foil Project, a Project is currently under studyaccording to financial statement The primary sentenced by the General Court in Riyadh take it on mon day 26/8/2013 , accordingly dismissed the case filed against the company. Note that, this judgment is subject to appeal.
