Court rejects remuneration lawsuit against Al-Ahsa Development

Reference to the Al-Ahsa Development’s announcement on Tadawul on 3/6/2013 regarding the lawsuit filed against the company by former board members, the company announces that its legal counsel received today the court’s ruling rejecting the suit. The ruling is final.
