Tasnee signs JV deal with Swiss Clariant

National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) agreed to form a joint venture with Swiss specialty chemicals producer Clariant, Al-Riyadh newspaper reported.

Rowad National Plastic, a wholly owned Tasnee subsidiary, will acquire 40 percent stake in the Swiss group's local company, Clariant Masterbatches (Saudi Arabia) in Riyadh.

Clariant Masterbatches operates in Saudi Arabia since 1993.
