Nama chemicals mulls acquisition of a foreign company

Nama Chemicals Company disclosed through its annual board report that it is studying the acquisition of a foreign company producing complementary product.

 “We are studying the acquisition option along with other alternative options”; the company said. This possible transaction aims at increasing the company’s sales of Epoxy product.

The company incurred losses of SAR 44m in 2013 (SAR 0.34/share) compared to SAR 23m losses in 2012.
