Wiqaya fails to disclose third quarter results

Wiqaya Takaful failed to disclose its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30 due to a delay in compiling necessary data, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), regulator of the insurance market, had barred the insurer in June, from issuing or renewing policies due to its ailing financial position.
