ADVANCED PETROCHEMICALS SIGNS A MOU WITH VINMAR

Advanced Petrochemical Company (Advanced) On 23rd Rabi Awwal 1434H, corresponding to 4th February 2013, and Vinmar Projects Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to form a new Company to jointly explore and evaluate petrochemical based growth opportunities in the US. The validity of this MOU will take effect from the date of signature for period of (3) years.
