Advanced Petrochemical’s BOD recommends 10% cash dividends (SAR 1.00share) for Q3 2014

The BOD of Advanced Petrochemical Company approved a revised dividend distribution policy to be on quarterly basis, on its meeting held September, 03, 2014.

The Company’s BOD recommended 7.5% cash dividends (SAR 0.75/share) for Q3 2014 in addition to 2.5% (SAR 0.25/share) extraordinary dividend as a one of event due to additional profit from the Company’s investment in Saudi equity market, as follows:
