Sadara and SATORP project’s shares offered at cost

“Part of Sadara and SATORP project’s shares will be offered publicly for citizens at cost” declared by Eng. Ali Al Naimi the minster of petroleum and mineral resources after a tour in a number of new oil projects including SATORP in Jubail and Sadara chemicals company.

Sadara chemicals is USD 20bn investments joint venture between ARAMCO and Dow chemicals company aiming at establishing and operating a chemicals complex in Jubail industrial city2.

Saudi ARAMCO Total for Refining and Petrochemicals SATORP is USD 20bn investments company owned 62.5% by Saudi ARAMCO and 37.5% by Total France.
