HALWANI RECEIVES SAR 11.5M OF SIDF LOAN

Further to the Companys announcement on 09/07/2011, which included SIDF notification to Halwani Bros of transferring SR 12.54 million as a first part of the total approved financing amount of SR 165 million, the company announces SIDF second notification on Wednesday 10/10/2012 of transferring SR11.51 million of the total approved financing amount. This makes total amount received by Halwani Bros from SIDF of SR 24.05 million that represent 14.56% of the total approved financing
