SADAFCO CONSTRUCTS A REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN RIYADH FOR SAR 65M

The SADAFCO BOD in its meeting held Monday 13/02/2012, decided to construct a New Regional Distribution Center on the land owned by the Company in Riyadh in order to meet increased consumer demand for its products. The BOD has allocated SR 65 million from operational cash-flows for this purpose; the BOD has mandated the Company’s management to take necessary action for the execution of this resolution. This distribution centre is expected to be operational in the year 2014
