Herfy’s GA approves 40% capital raise

The General Assembly of Herfy Food Services Company approved 40 % capital raise (from SAR 330m to SAR 462m) in a meeting held on Sunday July, 06, 2014.

 

The Capital raise is to take place by issuing two bonus shares to each 5 shares owned by registered shareholders.

By this issuance the number of outstanding shares will increase from 33m shares to 46.2m.
