Wafrah’s Dates Factory is to go on stream during the upcoming season:

Wafrah Industry and Development Company successfully completed the rehabilitation and trial operations for the Dates Factory.

The process was performed at a total cost of SAR 355,000 (SAR 100,000 for rehabilitation and SAR 255,000 for labor and raw materials).

During the trial run period, which lasted for 3 months, the plant’s feasibility and capability of producing quality and marketable products was proven; the company said in a statement today.
