Al-Ahsa Development signs contract to buy Al-Ahsa Medical Services shares

Further to the previous announcement for extending the signing of the memorandum for understanding to increase the company's share in Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company (Limited Liability Company) in Tadawul website on 03/11/2012. Al-Ahsa Development Company announces for the end of the commissioners with one of the partners on 12/10/2012 and the signing of the contract to buy 18,750 shares which represents 12.5% of the capital of Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company by S.R. 23 million which lead to increase the share of Al-Ahsa Development Company from 30.01% to 42.51% in Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company. Note that this procedure was funded by the company's own resources and this influence will affect the financial statements for the first quarter in the next year 2013.
