Third tower to be built in Saudi's Emaar Square

Emaar Middle East has launched its third commercial tower in the Emaar Square commercial precinct in Jeddah Gate, Saudi Arabia following the sell-out investor response to the first two commercial towers.

The third tower features a limited number of premium offices set over five floors. In all, Emaar Square has 63 offices including the full executive floor on the top level of each tower.

Similar to the two Emaar Square commercial towers launched earlier, the third tower also has
five floors that overlook the Crescent Plaza and its water features.

A wide range of retail and restaurant choices are available along the Plaza, which is directly connected to the office tower. Additional retail and F&B are also available on the lower level of the building.

The offices range in size from 250 to 400m2 in addition to a full executive floor at the top level spanning an area of over 1,000 to 1,500m2. The Executive floor is surrounded by a terrace that can be used for special events by the office owners.

Emaar Square is a key part of the Jeddah Gate master-planned community. Residents have moved in to the Abraj Al Hilal 1 towers, with the sale of homes in Abraj Al Hilal 2 residential towers currently ongoing.
