Al-Baha cancels memorandum of understanding

Reference to the announcement of Al-Baha for Development & Investment Company (ABDICO) on Tadawul on December 28, 2011, the company announces that the memorandum of understanding with Perspec Prime company has been cancelled as no final agreement was reached on the subject of the partnership.
