Al-Baha Investment and Development Co. invites the Company's shareholders to attend its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting which will be held on November, 11, 2014 at the Company's premises (Headquarter) in Al-Baha to discuss the following agenda:
Amending article #16 of the company’s statutes to be: the BOD will consist of 8 members appointed by the ordinary GA for a period of 3 years, effective from the date of the ministerial resolution announcing the establishment of the company.
Adding new activities to article #2 as follows:
Establishment, management, operation and maintenance of central markets and commercial & residential complexes, furnished apartments, restaurants, hotels, gas stations, cafes, buffets, bakeries, pastries, cooked & uncooked catering services, wholesale & retail food, wholesale & retail building materials, steel and general contracting for buildings , electrical , electronic and mechanical services, management, maintenance and development of real estate as well as contracting of maintenance, operation and cleaning services and purchase & lease of land for the construction of buildings and investing them to sell or lease for the benefit of the company.
