Al-Baha Investment: The Admin Court to consider the case against former BOD in Dhu Al-Hijjah

Al-Baha Investment and Development Company said that the Administrative court in Jeddah set 26/12/1435 AH at 10:45 AM to consider the case against the company’s former BOD.

Al-Baha has sued its former board for mal operating the company claiming a compensation of SAR 100m.
