SAIC is finalizing NPS stake selling procedures

Further to the announcement of Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC) on 21/5/2012 regarding the sale of its entire stake in NPS Bahrain for Oil and Gas Wells Services to AKER Solutions, a global energy company, SAIC announces that the procedures are still in progress and that it will announce the completion of the deal in due course.
