Mobily’s BOD recommends not to distribute cash dividends for Q3-2014

The Board of Directors of Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) recommended not to distribute cash dividends for Q3-2014.

The Company mentioned in a statement to “Tadawul”, that the BOD’s decision is related to the third quarter only, whereas the company is to evaluate the feasibility of distributing dividends for the coming quarters in line with the company’s goals and aspirations of the investors.


According to data available on “Argaam”, Mobily reported a net profit of SAR 2496 million for the period ended September 30, 2014, a 41% decrease compared to the same period last year.
