SPIMACO establishes Dammam Pharma Company for SAR 120m:

SPEMACO Pharmaceutical plant announced today on tadawul establishing Dammam Pharmaceutical Company to construct a pharmaceutical products’ factory.

SPIMACO will have 80% interest in the new company, the rest to be owned by ARAC (SPIMACO affiliated co.).

The SAR 120m project is to be financed by the company’s internal resources as well as local banks and SIDF; Construction work is scheduled to be finished by the end of 2014.
