Kingdom Holding’s firm sells stake in Mövenpick Mauritius

Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary has signed an agreement with Hawaii-based Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, concerning the sale of Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI) interest in the Mövenpick Resort and Spa Mauritius. The transaction closed on Wednesday 29/05/2013 for a for SAR 150 million (USD $40 million).
