The BOD of Dallah Healthcare Holding Company recommended increasing the Company’s capital through issuing of 7.47 million new shares with par value of SAR 74.7 million to the sellers as part of the consideration for the acquisition of Bagedo Trading Holding Company and Mohamed Ahmed Erfan & Sons Holding Company.
It will represent 15.83% and 13.67% of the Company's entire issued share capital before and after the capital increase respectively, the Company said in a filing to Tadawul.
According to data available on “Argaam”, Dallah Healthcare signed an agreement on October 2014 to fully acquire Bagedo & Dr. Erfan General Hospital Company.
