AL-BABTAIN terminates MOU WITH WILLIAM HARE

Further to the announcement by Al-Babtain power and Telecommunication Co. (Al-Babtain) on May 30, 2012 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding signed with William Hare Group Limited (William Hare) for the purposes of setting up a joint venture company. Al-Babtain advises that definitive agreements have not been signed and that Al-Babtain and William Hare have decided to discontinue the discussions at the present time.
